Scott Caplin Hensley, age 74, of 1882 Buffalo Shoals Road, Lincolnton died Saturday, October 3, 2015.
His funeral will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, October 04, 2015 at St. Dorothy’s Catholic Church with Rev. David Miller officiating.
Mr. Hensley was born on February 27, 1941 to the late Frank Owen and Emeline Rebecca Campbell Hensley. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Pamela Elaine Towery Hensley and a son, James Hensley. Mr. Hensley was retired from ABF Trucking.
He is survived by two daughters, Kathy Sposto of Virginia and Sonya Elmore of Virginia; two brothers, Tracy Hensley of Lincolnton and Denver Hensley of Lincolnton; one sister, Connie Mills of Virginia; caregiver and sister-in-law, Wanda Paulette Carpenter of Lincolnton.
Memorials may be made to St. Dorothy’s Catholic Church, 148 St. Dorothy’s Lane, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
