Norma Jean Crump Heafner

Norma Jean Crump Heafner, age 73, of 234 Alf Hoover Road in Lincolnton, died on Monday, November 2, 2015.
Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 5, 2015, at Bethphage Lutheran Church with Rev. Fred Mitschke officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 4, 2015, at Warlick Funeral Home.
Mrs. Heafner was born January 13, 1942, in Caldwell County, to the late Fred and Ollie Hamby Crump. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a sister, Wilma Dellinger. She was a cafeteria worker at Union Elementary School.
She is survived by her husband, Johnny Huss Heafner of the home; two sons, Michael T. Heafner and wife Carolyn, and Darrin S. Heafner and wife Jodi, all of Lincolnton; one brother, Allen Crump of Crouse; one sister, Lois Starnes and husband Carlton of Denver; five grandchildren, Savanna Heafner, Tyler Heafner, Chandler Harrison, Blake Heafner, and Trea Feltman and wife Tara; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to Bethphage Lutheran Church, 3440 Highway 182, Lincolnton, NC 28092, or to Hospice of Lincoln County, 900 Dontia Drive, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
