Larry Ray “Bud” Sain, age 67 of Park Circle, Lincolnton went home to be with the Lord on Friday, December 18, 2015. He was the son of the late Paul Andrew and Edith Wilson Sain. He was also preceded in death by his siblings, twin brother, Gary Lee Sain, Thomas Paul Saine, Marie Sain Caldwell; Billy Dean Sain, and Jack David Sain.

Left to cherish his memory are his sister Wanda Sain Hines, and husband John of the home; a sister-in-law, Linda Royster Sain, and numerous nieces and nephews, who were all very special to him. He also leaves behind his Messiah Church Family, whom he dearly loved. His special animal friends, Allie, Kit Kat, and Hurricane will miss the love and attention he gave them daily. In addition to his sister and brother-in-law, his nephew John Hines Jr., and niece Andrae Hines Beam assisted in handling his special needs.  He was more like a brother to them and they will miss him dearly. 

Mr. Sain worked in the furniture industry for Cochrane Furniture until he retired after 43 years.

Funeral services will be held 2:00pm  Sunday  at Messiah United Methodist Church with the Reverend  Kevin Miller officiating.  Burial will follow in the Zion Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 1: 00 to 1:45 Sunday prior to the service at the church.
