Vance Stephen "Steve" Rogers

Vance Stephen “Steve” Rogers, age 66, of 6967 Kidville Road in Denver, died on Sunday, December 20, 2015.
His funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 23, 2015, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Catawba Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 11:30 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mr. Rogers was born April 18, 1949, in Catawba County, to the late Vance Jonas and Ethel Eloise Liveret Rogers. He retired from Duke Power and was the former owner of the Hop & Sack Convenience Store.
He is survived by two daughters, Shanna Rogers of Denver, and Crystal Rogers Gibson of Drexel; and one grandson, Justin Fuller and wife Kayla of Jacksonville, NC.
