Tommy Gaither Bolick
( October 9, 1935 - January 29, 2016 )
Mr. Tommy Gaither Bolick, age 80, of Lincolnton died Friday, January 29, 2016.
His funeral will be 3:00 p.m. Monday, February 1, 2016 at Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Scott Schoffner and Rev. Ricky Crouse officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 2:45 p.m. Monday prior to the service at Calvary Baptist Church.
Mr. Bolick was born on October 9, 1935 and was the son of the late William Giles Bolick and Ida Bumgarner Bolick. He was retired from Carolina Freight and was also a veteran of the Army National Guard.
Mr. Bolick is survived by his wife, Laura of the home; one daughter, Sheila Kirkpatrick of Waxhaw; three sisters, Shirley Harrill of Lincolnton, Colene Moore of Lincolnton and Cozette Lafone of Maryland; one granddaughter, Ashley Bowles; three great-grandchildren, Zach Childers, Brynlee Surface and Aidyn Bowles.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Lincoln County, 900 Dontia Drive, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
