Margaret Ann Cavanagh Revis

Margaret Ann Cavanagh Revis, age 71, of Sherrills Ford, died on Tuesday, February 16, 2016.
Her funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 20, 2016, at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church with Pastor Roger Reckling officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:30 until 8:30 p.m. on Friday, February 19, 2016, at Warlick Funeral Home.
Mrs. Revis was born February 13, 1945, in Boston, Massachusetts, to the late Lt. Col. John P. and Grace Tellier Cavanagh. She was a retired school teacher, and was the organist and music director for St. Luke’s Lutheran.
She is survived by her husband, Steve Revis, Sr. of the home; a son, Steve E. Revis, Jr., and wife Crystal, of Horseshoe, NC; a daughter, Sarah Patterson, and husband Dante, of Lincolnton; a brother, Patrick Cavanagh, and wife Janet, of College Park, MD; and three grandchildren, Dante Patterson, II, Devin Patterson, and Steve E. Revis, III.
Memorials may be made to St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, 4051 King Wilkinson Road, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
