Donald Columbus Neal, Sr.

Mr. Donald Columbus Neal, Sr. age 78 of Marywoods Trail in Crouse, died on Saturday, March 5, 2016.
His funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday at Leonard’s Fork Baptist Church with Rev. Jaie Warlick and Rev. Darrell Bost officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:30 until 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday at Warlick Funeral Home.
Mr. Neal was born August 23, 1937 in Lincoln County to the late Charlie O’dell and Lonnie May Reynolds Neal. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one son, Steve Neal; five brothers, John Adam Neal, Bartley Evans Neal, Clarence Wesley Neal, Charles O’dell Neal, Richard Neal; four sisters, Charity Black, Alice Bingham, Mag Boyles, Eva Hallman; and grandson, Donald Andrew Stamey.
Survivors include his wife, Evelyeen Heavner Neal of the home; three sons, Donald C. Neal, Jr., Ronnie Neal and David Neal all of Crouse; three daughters, Tina N. Owens of Belwood, Shelia N. Helms of Crouse and Tellease N. Stamey of Lincolnton; 12 grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren.
