Curtis Truett Boyles

Mr. Curtis Truett Boyles, age 74, of 2741 Philadelphia Church Road in Lincolnton, died on Wednesday, March 23, 2016.
A graveside service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 26, 2016, at Forest Lawn Cemetery with Rev. Earlynne Brantley officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. at Warlick Funeral Home prior to the service.
Mr. Boyles was born September 5, 1941, in Lincoln County, to the late William Henry and Mary Almetta Avery Boyles. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Sharon Gault Boyles. He served in the United States Army, and then later worked in textiles.
He is survived by a son, Kurt Boyles, and wife Genelle, of Lincolnton; a daughter, Charity Boyles, and husband Ed Lickey, of Harrisonburg, VA; three grandchildren, Ashlyn Boyles Nocher, and husband Nico, of Lincolnton, Avery Lickey of Virginia, and David Outland of Lincolnton; and one great-grandchild, Jackson Outland.
