Larry Evins Weast

Mr. Larry Evins Weast, age 64, of 606 Georgia Trail in Lincolnton, died on Saturday, May 21, 2016.
A Celebration of Life service for Mr. Weast will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at New Heights Baptist Church with Rev. Harry Caldwell officiating. Burial will follow in Grover Cemetery in Cleveland County. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 1:45 p.m. on Tuesday prior to the service at the church.
Mr. Weast was born September 17, 1951 in Cleveland County to Lucy Goforth Mode and the late Paul Evins Weast and late Step Father Hezzy Stephen Mode. He had worked at Briar Creek Golf Club for 23 years.
Survivors include his mother, Lucy G. Mode of the home; two sisters, Trudy Weast of Hickory and Janet Caldwell of Granite Falls; nieces and nephews, Janet Turner of Hickory, April Wilson and husband Randall of Belmont, Chassidy Bollinger of Hickory, Shelley Caldwell of Hickory and Derek Caldwell of Granite Falls.
Memorials may be made to New Heights Baptist Church, 1506 Miles Rd, Dallas, NC 28034.
