Obituaries

Luke Alexander Caldwell, age 20, of 1638 Crossover Drive, Lincolnton died Thursday June 2, 2016.

A memorial service will be held 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at Boger City Baptist Church with Rev. Bill Bigham officiating.  The family will receive friends from 5:30 p.m. until 6:45 p.m. Tuesday, prior to the service at Boger City Baptist Church.  Inurnment will be at a later date.

Mr. Caldwell was born on September 13, 1995.  He was attending Gaston College.

He is survived by his mother, Andrea Caldwell of Lincolnton; his father, Jerrold Shahan of Lincolnton; maternal grandparents, Doug and Ruby Anne Caldwell of Lincolnton; aunt, Marla and uncle Todd Beard of Lincolnton; uncle, Kerry Caldwell of Vermont; first cousins, Adam and Olivia Beard and Maddie Caldwell; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Shahan of Ohio; half -sister, Brandi Shahan of Cherryville; one uncle and three aunts, all of Ohio.
