Clara Rhyne McCann

Mrs. Clara Rhyne McCann, age 91, of 1710 Country Club Road in Lincolnton, died on Friday, July 1, 2016.
Her funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, July 4, 2016, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kelly Whitener officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 10:45 a.m. prior to the service at Warlick Funeral Home.
Mrs. McCann was born December 31, 1924, in Gaston County, to the late Linnie and Elsie Bivens Rhyne. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Robert McCann. Mrs. McCann retired from Burris Industries.
She is survived by three sons, Timothy McCann and wife Jill of Lincolnton, Ronald Douglas McCann and wife Gloria of Lincolnton and Thomas Alan McCann and wife Connie of Battleboro, NC; one brother, Hal Rhyne of Valdese, NC; seven grandchildren, Lindsey Sain and husband Cole, Cali Hawn and husband Micah, April Hall and husband Frank, Benjamin McCann, Erin Locke and husband Nathan, Rebecca Smith and husband Joe, Donielle Marsigli and husband Mark; six great-grandchildren
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Lincoln County, 901 Dontia Drive, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
