Mr. Calvin Jackson “Jack” Nantz, Jr., age 60, of Lincolnton, died on Saturday, July 16, 2016.
His funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 20, 2016, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Wyant officiating. Burial will follow in Hollybrook Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 1:45 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
Jack was born April 7, 1956, in Lincoln County, to Calvin J. Nantz, Sr. and Grace Lockman Nantz. He worked as purchasing manager for Central Carolina Sprinkler.
He is survived by his wife, Vicki Wells Nantz of the home; a son, Calvin Jackson Nantz, III, and wife Melissa, of Fort Mill, SC; parents, Calvin and Bunny Nantz of Lincolnton; and a sister, Teresa Mooney, and husband Paul, of Cherryville.
Memorials may be made to the Lincoln County Animal Services, 650 John Howell Memorial Drive, Lincolnton, NC 28092, or to the Boy Scouts of America - Piedmont Council, 1222 E. Franklin Blvd., Gastonia, NC 28054.
