Grant Milton Whitesides, age 78, of 308 Little Street in Lincolnton, died on Thursday, July 21, 2016.
Grant was born August 2, 1937, in Lincoln County, to the late Harold and Mildred Rhyne Whitesides. He served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict and then later worked for General Electric.
He is survived by his wife, Janice George Whitesides of the home; and a sister, Janice Carpenter of Vale.
