Stanley Lee Watts

Mr. Stanley Lee Watts, age 78, of 3027 W. Zion Church Road in Shelby, died on Wednesday, September 28, 2016.
His funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 30, 2016, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bob Wise officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 1:45 p.m. prior to the service at Warlick Funeral Home.
Mr. Watts was born September 15, 1938, in Lockhart, SC, to the late Otha Pleasant Watts and Pauline Elizabeth McCracken Wise. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Jacqueline Bingham Watts; a brother, Cecil Watts; and two sisters, Lynn Wise and Joanna Sanders. He worked for the Town of Belmont.
He is survived by two daughters, Teresa Watts of South Carolina and Laura Watts of Oregon; a brother, Larry Watts of Weddington, NC; and two sisters, Brenda Hamrick of Shelby and Sue Kendrick of Gaffney, SC.
