Kathleen Goodson Fisher

Kathleen Goodson Fisher age 89, of Ingleside Farm Road, died Saturday, January 14, 2017.
Kathleen was born August 13, 1927 in Lincoln County. She was the daughter of the late Robert Harvey Goodson and Lena Bynum Goodson. She was preceded in death by her first husband Keith “Bud” Goodson, second husband, Rev. Donald Fisher, and a brother Richard Goodson. Kat before retiring worked as a receptionist for Burris Industries.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at Iron Station Cemetery, Rev. Keys Pendleton will officiate. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday at Warlick Funeral Home.
She is survived by her son, Sam Goodson and wife Jackie of Denver, brother Joe Goodson of Lincolnton; granddaughter Samantha G. Lowery and great grandson, Hunter Lowery.
Memorials may be made to Iron Station United Methodist Church, 4777 E. Highway 27, Iron Station, NC 28080.
