Marvin Lester Noles

Marvin Lester Noles, 69, went to his heavenly home on Friday, March 24, 2017, while at home with his family.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 1, 2017, at First Baptist Church, 201 Robin Road, Lincolnton, NC. Visitation will be from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. prior to the service. The family will be available to mingle with friends after the service.
Mr. Noles was born May 23, 1947, in Lincoln County, to the late Dennis and Dora Palmer Noles. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a sister, Jane Noles Taylor. He worked for, and retired from, Air Gas National Welders.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Elaine Herron Noles; daughters, Kimberly Noles, and partner Ashley Craig, and Erin Noles, and partner Adam Staley; brother and sister-in-law, Jack and Lou Noles; brother-in-law, Ted Taylor; and numerous relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Levine Cancer Institute, or to First Baptist Church, Lincolnton.
