Obituaries

Dorothy Neil Robinson Schronce, age 84, of Iron Station died Saturday, July, 8, 2017.

Her funeral will be 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 11, 2017 in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tim Killian and Rev. David Wyant officiating. Burial will follow in the Iron Station Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 1:30 p.m. until 2:45 p.m. Tuesday, prior to the service at Warlick Funeral Home.

Dot was born on February 16, 1933 and was the daughter of the late Roscoe A. Robinson and Estelle Keever Robinson.  She was also preceded in death by 4 brothers and 1 sister. Dot was a homemaker for her husband and children. She was active in her church and community.

She is survived by her husband, C. Gordon Schronce of the home; one son, Arty Schronce of Atlanta, GA; two daughters, Jodie Graham and husband, Chris of Mt. Holly and Tori  Schronce O’Neill of Franklin, NC; one brother, Johnny Robinson of Stanley; three sisters, Jean Devine of Iron Station, Kathryn Eurey of Lincolnton and Fredda Robinson of Denver, NC; one granddaughter, Kate Graham Heil and husband, Luke of Lexington, KY.
