Ricky Brandon Owens, age 31, of 423 Haw Branch Road in Barnardsville, NC, died on Saturday, August 12, 2017.
The family will receive friends from 5:30 until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 17, 2017, at Warlick Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will be held from 5:00 until 11:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 26,2017, at Vesuvius Vineyards.
Brandon was born September 15, 1985, in Gaston County, to Rick E. Owens and Kim Harkey Mull. He worked in sales for Watershed Dry Bags.
He is survived by his father, Rick E. Owens, and stepmother Penny, of Lincolnton; his mother, Kim Mull, and stepfather, Marty, of Denver; brother, Seth Owens; sister, McKenzie Mull; his girlfriend, Alisha Osborne, of Asheville; and grandparents, Bob and Jean Patton of Hickory, Tony and Margaret Lawing of Lincolnton, Bill and Shirley Mull of Denver, and Roger and Tootie Inman of Winston-Salem.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Brandon’s beloved charities, mountaintrue.org, imba.com, and americanwhitewater.org via online.
