Betty Sue Allran Leonhardt

Betty Sue “Susie” Allran Leonhardt, age 80, of 2241 Johnstown Road in Crouse, died on Wednesday, September 27, 2017.
Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 30, 2017, at Bethphage Lutheran Church with Rev. Fred Mitschke officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 1:45 p.m. prior to the service at the church.
Mrs. Leonhardt was born February 19, 1937, in Lincoln County, to the late James and Bessie Allran. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by two brothers and one sister. She was a homemaker. Susie loved flowers. She had a kind, generous and faithful spirit. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Edward L. Leonhardt of the home; a son, Russell Leonhardt, and wife Neresa, of Cherryville; a daughter, Ann Marie Starkey, and husband Steven, of Lincolnton; and two grandchildren, Jordan Leonhardt and Garrett Starkey.
