Obituaries

Mr. Johnny Edward “Eddie” Houser, age 59, of 1131 S. Aspen Street, Lincolnton died Wednesday, November 29, 2017.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, December 3, 2017 at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church with Rev. Glenn Roseman and Rev. Phil Goins officiating.  The family will receive friends from 2:45 p.m. until 3:45 p.m. Sunday in the St. Luke’s Lutheran Church Family Life Center.

Mr. Houser was born on February 24, 1958 and was the son of the late Johnny Edward Houser, Sr.  He was retired from Carolina Mills.

Mr. Houser is survived by two daughters, Kayleigh Houser and special friend, Jordan Barkley of Lincolnton, Cherish Houser of Myrtle Beach, SC; his mother, Nancy Watts Thomas of Lincolnton; one brother, Scott Houser  and wife , Deanie of  Newton; one half- brother, James Pless of Waco, TX;  three sisters, Shevon Houser of  Lincolnton,  Kim Griffith and husband, Lane of Lincolnton and Kelly Crisson of Lincolnton.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Luke’s Lutheran Church Family Life Center, 4051 King Wilkinson Road, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
