Emma Marie Reynolds Sronce

Emma Marie Reynolds Sronce, age 91, of 162 Shell Street in Lincolnton, died on Wednesday, January 17, 2018.
Her funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 21, 2018, at Exodus Baptist Church with Pastor Gary Saunders, Pastor Mark Saunders, and Pastor Jacob Sronce officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:45 p.m. prior to the service at the church.
Mrs. Sronce was born August 11, 1926, in Lincoln County, to the late George and Vera Crump Reynolds. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Noel Sherman Sronce; a son, Tony Sronce; a daughter, Regina Faye Sronce; and two sisters, Stella Strickland and Estelle Reinhart.
She is survived by four sons, Gary Dean Sronce, and wife Rita Pendleton-Sronce, of Vale, Michael Sherman Sronce, and wife Kathy Marie, Darrell Robert Sronce, and Jeffrey Ray Sronce, and wife Teresa Ann, all of Lincolnton; four sisters, Louise Boyce, Mary “Nookie” Hartman, Dorothy Prater, and Georgie Maners; two brothers, John Roy Reynolds and Sidney Ray Reynolds; fourteen grandchildren; twenty-seven great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Exodus Baptist Church, 3164 Exodus Church Road, Maiden, NC 28650.
