Dora Marie Bachelier Holman

Dora Marie Bachelier Holman, age 83, of McKellar Street in Lincolnton, died on Tuesday, January 23, 2018.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, January 29, 2018, at St. Dorothy’s Catholic Church with Father David Miller officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 10:45 a.m. prior to the service at the church.
Mrs. Holman was born June 14, 1934, in Nogales, Arizona, to the late Marcel and Gregoria Gastelum Bachelier. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, James Bradley Holman, and a granddaughter, Marcella Holman.
She is survived by two daughters, Gigi Holman Rochford, and husband Joe, of Lincolnton and Danielle Holman of Charlotte; four grandchildren, Matthew Rochford, Michael Rochford, Jessica Krom, and Hannah Hebdon; and three sisters, Josephine Puchi and Mary Early, both of Arizona, and Gregorie Snow of Washington.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, Memorial Giving, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959, the American Heart Association, 4217 Park Place Court, Glen Allen, VA 23060, or to St. Dorothy’s Catholic Church, 148 St. Dorothy’s Lane, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
