Maxine Propst Keever
( April 6, 1944 - January 25, 2018 )
Maxine Propst Keever, age 73, of Hoover Road in Lincolnton, died on Thursday, January 25, 2018.
Her funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 27, 2018, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ernie Richards and Rev. Ted Propst officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:30 until 2:45 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mrs. Keever was born April 6, 1944, in Cleveland County, to the late Correll and Edie Dale Sailors Propst. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a brother, Charles Propst. She worked as an inspector for Fab Industries of Maiden.
She is survived by her husband, Jerry Keever of the home; a son, Gerald Keever, and wife Jennifer, of Lincolnton; two daughters, Linda Wooten, and husband Jeff, of Vale, and Brenda Warner, and husband David, of Crouse; siblings, Nell McCombs of Newton, and Jane Bumgarner of Lincolnton, Ted Propst and wife Pat, of Lincolnton, Mary Cornette of Lincolnton, and Margaret Martin, and husband Wayne, of Atlanta, GA; and six grandchildren, Rachel and Sarah Wooten, Dylan and Emily Warner, and Braden and Sydney Keever.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Providence Baptist Church, 7618 Providence Church Road, Hickory, NC 28602.
