Douglas Franklin Warlick

Douglas Franklin Warlick, age 60, of Marietta, GA, died on Monday, February 5, 2018 at his residence.
His funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 10, 2018, at First United Methodist Church with Rev. Tony Matthews officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 1:45 p.m. prior to the service in the Philathea Classroom of First United Methodist Church.
He was born September 16, 1957 in Lincoln County, to Bobbie Lockman Robinson and the late H. R. Bud Warlick. He was a 1975 graduate of West Lincoln High School. Doug worked as a manager for Firestone Service Centers in the Atlanta area.
He is survived by his mother, Bobbie Warlick Robinson of Lincolnton; a sister, Karen Warlick Leonhardt, and husband Bill, of Sherrills Ford; a niece, Lori Leonhardt Stallings, and husband John, of Holly Springs, NC, and their children, Quinton Stallings, Garrett Stallings, and Raegan Stallings; and special friend, Debbie Webb.
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to First United Methodist Church, 201 E. Main Street, Lincolnton, NC 28092, or to the American Heart Association, Mid-Atlantic Affiliate, Memorial Tribute and Processing Center, 4217 Park Place Court, Glen Allen, VA 23060.
