Paul Deese, age 88, of 2572 Lake Shore Road South, Denver, NC died Saturday, February 17, 2018.

A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 22, 2018 at St. Peter by the Lake Episcopal Church in Denver with Father  Ron Taylor officiating.  The family will receive friends following the service at the church.

Mr. Deese was born on April 26, 1929.  He was the owner of Lakeside T.V. and Repair and was a veteran of the United States Army.

Mr. Deese is survived by his wife, Celia Griffin Deese of the home; three sons, Tim Deese of Chapel Hill, Ronnie Deese of Alabama and Paul Deese, Jr. of Matthews; one daughter, Patricia D. Carter of Concord; one brother, Silas Deese of Monroe; 10 grandchildren, 11 great- grandchildren and 9 great- great-grandchildren.
