Melissa Jane Bost

Melissa Jane Bost, age 56, of Morganton, and formerly of Will Kiser Road in Crouse, died on Tuesday, May 29, 2018.
Her funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, June 1, 2018, at Second Baptist Church in Cherryville with Rev. Jerry Lail officiating. Burial will follow in the Webbs Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery.
Melissa was born February 11, 1962, in Lincoln County, to Darrell and Jane Dellinger Bost. She was preceded in death by a sister, Daryl Ann Davis.
She is survived by her parents, Darrell and Jane Bost of Crouse; a sister, Robin Hawkins, and husband Lee, of Crouse; three nieces, Crystal Whisnant, and husband Chad, Brandie Davis, and Kristen Davis; one nephew, Jonathan Hawkins; one great-niece; three great-nephews; and a special cousin, Sheila Dellinger.
Memorials may be made to the Good Neighbor Shop, 116 S. Academy Street, Lincolnton, NC 28092, or to the charity of one’s choice.
