Kirby Dale Sechrist

Kirby Dale Sechrist, age 66, left this earth on June 5th 2018, making his joy complete meeting his Savior. He celebrated life well. He was rich in character, generous, and kind.
His funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, June 11th 2018, at Denver Baptist Church with Pastor Ken Furches and Pastor Brian Sink officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 4:00pm at the church following the funeral service. Burial will be in the Salisbury National Cemetery, 501 Statesville Blvd., Salisbury, NC 28144, on Tuesday June 12th, 2018, at 11:00 am with full military honors.
Kirby was born November 3, 1951, in Thomasville, North Carolina, to the late George “Wilbern” Sechrist and Lois “Hope” Harris Sechrist.
He is survived by his wife, Twyla Parnell Sechrist and three daughters, Shawntel Sechrist and husband John Michalski of Danville, Vermont, Tennille Mullery, and husband Thomas, of Lincolnton, and Venus Bigham, and husband Josh, of Simpsonville, South Carolina; and his five grandchildren, Hope Mullery, Laney, Mullery, Carleigh Bigham, Graeme Bigham, and Eli Michalski.
Memorials may be made to Wounded Warriors or the Voice of The Martyrs.
