Carl Franklin Haynes

Carl Franklin Haynes, age 60, of 711 Clay Street in Lincolnton, died on Thursday, June 28, 2018.
His funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Monday, July 2, 2018, at Howards Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Ricky Sigmon officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:15 until 2:15 p.m. prior to the service at the church.
Mr. Haynes was born March 21, 1958, in Lincoln County, to the late Ray Lee Haynes, Sr. and Phyllis Fowler Anthony. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a daughter, Shanda Haynes, and a brother, Ray Lee Haynes, Jr. Mr. Haynes worked in upholstery.
He is survived by his wife, Frances Faye Seagle Haynes of the home; a son, James “Jr.” Haynes, and wife Christy, of Lincolnton; three sisters, Libby Winters of Catawba county, Kay Wright of Vale, and Teresa Burnett of Toluca; two grandchildren, Jasmine Haynes and Aiden Haynes; and a brother, Scott Anthony of Bessemer City.
