Obituaries

Charles Joseph  "Jody" Cook, age 43, of Salem Church Road Lincolnton died Friday, September 21, 2018.

His funeral will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, September 24, 2018 at Gloryland Baptist Church with Rev. Macon Ballard and Rev. Johnny Caldwell officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. Monday at Gloryland Baptist Church.

Mr. Cook was born on June 2, 1975 and was the son of the late Charles Edward Cook and Mildred Hendricks Cook.  He worked at Pharr Yarns.

Mr. Cook is survived by his wife, Stephanie Cook of the home;one son, Tommy Roberts of the home; one daughter, Lindsey Roberts of the home; grandmother, Marilyn Holbrooks of Lincolnton; grandson, Jordan Kendrick Roberts.
