Darold Winfield Tutherow

Darold Winfield Tutherow, age 78, of Jerry Crump Road in Lincolnton, passed away on Monday, October 1, 2018.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 7, 2018, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tony Matthews officiating. The family will greet friends following the service. At all other times, the family will be at 700 Spring Side Drive in Lincolnton.
Mr. Tutherow was born July 6, 1940, to the late George Silas and Ada Costner Tutherow. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a brother, Hillard “Buddy” Franklin Tutherow. He served in the United States Army and then later worked in sales.
He is survived by his wife, Judy Ray Tutherow of the home; a daughter, Michelle T. Johnson, and husband Mark, of Lincolnton; and three grandsons, Daniel Yount and Ian Yount of Charlotte, NC, and Cameron Johnson of Boston, MA.
Memorial donations may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of Lincoln County, 900 Dontia Drive, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
