James Lee "Dabber" Jordan

James Lee “Dabber” Jordan, age 73, of Asbury Church Road in Lincolnton, died on Wednesday, October 31, 2018.
His funeral service will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, November 3, 2018, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dr. Kenneth Clapp officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 1:00 until 3:15 p.m. at the funeral home.
“Dabber” was born January 7, 1945, in Cleveland County, to the late Dee Gar “Smiley” Jordan and Irene Colvard Jordan. He was the part-owner of Jacklegs, Incorporated.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife Sharon Schronce Jordan of the home; son, Jeffrey Jordan, and wife Debbie, of Lincolnton; daughter, Dori Jordan Gantt, and husband Allen, of Dubai; grandchildren, Joshua Lee Jordan and Gunnar Jameson Gantt, of Dubai; brothers, Max Jordan, and wife Marsha, and Gerald Jordan, and wife Nancy, and Joseph Jordan, all of Lincolnton; sisters, Nancy Riley, Louann Johnston, and husband Jim, and Gail Villalobos.
Memorial donations may be made to Oxford Orphanage, 600 College Street, Oxford, NC 27565, or to Hospice of Lincoln County, 900 Dontia Drive, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
