Helen Mace Harrill

Helen Mace Harrill, age 101, of the Brian Center in Lincolnton, and formerly of Carter Street, died on Friday, January 4, 2019.
Her funeral service will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, January 7, 2019, at Covenant Church with Rev. Nathan Grooms and Rev. Mike Devine officiating. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends from 4:30 until 6:15 p.m. on Monday, January 7, 2019, at Covenant Church.
Mrs. Harrill was born November 3, 1917, in Gaston County, to the late Rev. Richard G. Mace and Della Blythe Mace. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Fred Harrill. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by a son, Tom Harrill, and wife Celeste of Lincolnton; two daughters, Beth Harrill Yarbrough, and husband Joe, and Fredda Harrill-McDonald of Atlanta, GA; six grandchildren, Troy Williams, Ashley Oliphant, Hayley Harrill Hoops, Justin Harrill, Katy Young, and Angie McDonald; and nine great grandchildren.
