Carole Grace Chapman Smith

Carole Grace Chapman Smith, age 67, of Landers Church Road in Lincolnton, died on Sunday, January 6, 2019.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. on Thursday, January 10, 2019, at Webbs Chapel Baptist Church with service to follow at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow in the Antioch Methodist Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Smith was born May 16, 1951, in Lincoln County, to the late Cecil and Pauline Sneed Chapman. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a brother, Cecil Chapman, Jr. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Ralph Smith, Jr. of the home; two daughters, Pauline Neal and Jennifer Ledford, both of Lincolnton; two sisters, Celia Palmer of Fayetteville and Rita LaBrecque of Gastonia; a brother, Ronnie Chapman of Crouse; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
