Linda Jean Newton Rudisill

Linda Jean Newton Rudisill, age 66, of Mull Road in Lincolnton, passed away on Tuesday, January 22, 2019.
The family will celebrate Linda’s life by receiving friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 24, 2019, at Warlick Funeral Home.
Linda was born April 29, 1952, in Gaston County, to the late Earnest L. and Lucy Byers Newton. She worked as the Human Resources manager for Delta Apparel in Maiden. Linda enjoyed camping and boating on Lake James. She was an avid gardener and loved working in her flower garden.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband Ernest L. Rudisill of the home; a daughter, Sandi Rudisill Teague of Hickory; a grandson, Dillon Moore of Hickory; two brothers, Avery Newton, and wife Glenda, of Lincolnton, and Ricky Newton of Gastonia; and a sister, Patsy Wood of Lincolnton.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Lincoln County, 900 Dontia Drive, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
