David Paul Warlick

David Paul Warlick, age 79, of Drive Inn Road in Lincolnton, died on Monday, March 11, 2019.
His funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 13, 2019, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Wayne Brittain officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 12, 2019, at Warlick Funeral Home.
Paul was born January 28, 1940, in Lincoln County, to the late John Edmund Warlick and Lottie Elizabeth Warlick. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded by his wife, Jane Hughes Warlick. He worked in furniture for Burris Industries and Bradington-Young, and enjoyed driving race cars.
He is survived by a son, Rick Warlick and wife Felicia, of Lincolnton; two daughters, Ann Setzer, and husband Doug, of Lincolnton, and Elizabeth Warlick of Lincolnton; four grandchildren, Jonathan (Tiffany), Mitch (Amber), Jamie and Ryleigh; and nine great-grandchildren, Dawson (Cailey), MaKenna, Austin, Shelby, Cheyenne, Bella, Sadie, Maddox, and Jaxson.
