Obituaries

Steven Curtis McAlister, age 54, of 230 Ballard Road, Dallas, NC died Saturday, April 13, 2019.

A graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Lincolnton with Rev. Scott Jenkins officiating.

Mr. McAlister was born on May 8, 1964. He was preceded in death by his infant daughter and father Fred McAlister.  He worked as a lab technician for Georgia Pacific.

He is survived by his wife, Lisa Keener McAlister of the home; one son, Lawrence McAlister of Dallas, NC; one daughter,Mary- Clara McAlister of  Dallas, NC; his mother, Kay McAlister Blackwell of Sherrills Ford; one brother, Greg McAlister of Dallas, NC; his father and mother-in-law, Marvin and Clara Keener of Iron Station, and his best friend, Jeremy Abernethy and family.
