Obituaries

David Hubert Brown, age 75, of the Gastonia Highway, Lincolnton died Friday, July 12, 2019.

His funeral will be 3:00 p.m. Monday, July 15, 2019 at Pisgah United Methodist Church with Rev. Sarah Underwood and Rev. William Wease officiating.  Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 1:45 p.m. until 2:45 p.m. prior to the service at Pisgah United Methodist Church.

Mr. Brown was born on December 17, 1943 and was the son of the late Wilson David Brown and Ann Canipe Brown.  He was retired from Bell South and was a veteran of the United States Navy.

Mr. Brown is survived by his wife, Revonda Brown of the home; one son Jeffrey Brown and wife, Lauren of Texas; one daughter, Angela Brown Warner and husband, Tim of Lincolnton; one brother, Jim Brown of Vale; three grandchildren, Coleman Warner, Cameron Warner and Madison Brown.
