Michael Allen Homesley

Michael Allen Homesley, age 69, of 2507 Hovis Road in Lincolnton, died on Monday, September 23, 2019.
His funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 26, 2019, at Boger City Baptist Church with Rev. Bill Bigham officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p. m. on Wednesday, September 25, 2019, at Warlick Funeral Home.
Michael was born July 3, 1950, in Lincoln County, to the late John and Irene Christopher Homesley. He served in the United States Army, and was retired from Fastener Corporation – Hillman Group, where he worked as a field service representative.
He is survived by his wife, Kathy Jackson Homesley of the home; two sons, Bryan Homesley of the home, and Travis Homesley, and wife Suzanne, of Lincolnton; a daughter, Whitney Horton, and husband Jason, of Shelby; a brother, John “Gary” Homesley, and wife Verla, of Albemarle; a sister, Kathy Homesley of Lincolnton; and six grandchildren, Kaylen Homesley, Jaclyn Homesley, Erin Homesley, Nathan Homesley, Morgan Horton, and Jackson Horton.
Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association,222 S. Church Street, Suite 336M, Charlotte, NC 28202.
