Harold Dean Allen, age 70, of Westwind Road in Lincolnton, died on Wednesday, October 16, 2019.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 19, 2019, at Warlick Funeral home.
Mr. Allen was born December 20, 1948, in Cleveland County, to the late Homer and Myrtle Allen Allen. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a daughter, Teresa Bivens. He worked in textiles.
He is survived by his wife, Darlene Kester Allen of the home; four sons, Jonathan Allen, Teddy Allen, Jerry Allen, and Michael Kester, all of Lincolnton; two daughters, Tina Allen and Tammy Allen, both of Lincolnton; two brothers, Ricky Allen and Randy Allen, all of Lincolnton; a sister, Paulette Towery of Lincolnton; eleven grandchildren, Cameron Allen, Lucas Swink, Eric Swink, Katie Kester, Curtis Kester, Fantasia Allen, Sabastian Allen, Travis Allen, Tiara Allen, Gracie Swink, and Johnny Bivens; and three great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1901 Brunswick Avenue, Suite 100, Charlotte, NC 28207.
