Bonita Faye Hager Warren

Bonita Faye Hager Warren, age 69, of Goodson Road in Maiden, died on Wednesday, October 16, 2019, after losing her courageous battle with cancer. She was a beloved Wife, Mother, and Grandmother.
Her funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 20, 2019, at Ivey Memorial United Methodist Church with Rev. Tim Byrd and Rev. Jim Mathews officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 1:30 p.m. until 2:45 p.m. at the church.
Mrs. Warren was born March 24, 1950, in Lincoln County, to the late Coley Eugene Hager and Gladys Goodson Hager. She worked for Cronland Hardware and Cronland Lumber Company as the office manager and bookkeeper for 49 years.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Gary “Tun” Warren of the home; a son, Jeffrey Warren (Kelly) of Denver; a daughter, Jennifer Woodsby (Jason) of Denver; a brother, Terry Hager of Maiden; sisters, Daphine Laney of Maiden, and Joyce Manera of Charlotte; and seven grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Lincoln County, 900 Dontia Drive, Lincolnton, NC 28092, or to Ivey Memorial United Methodist Church, 1360 Ivey Church Road, Maiden, NC 28650.
