Kelly Marie Mathis of Cherryville, NC died on Thursday, December 26, 2019.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. at Eastwind United Pentecostal Church in Iron Station on Saturday, January 4, 2020.

Kelly was born on July 15, 1981 in Lincoln County.  She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Olin Mathis, Jr. and Fred and Barbara Lail.  Kelly was a homemaker.

Survivors include her mother, Kathy Lail Zimmerman, (Richard); her father, Rocky Allen Mathis, Sr., (Holly); three sons, Hunter Scronce, Gage Mathis, Trenton Mathis; four daughters, Kelsey Scronce, Kaylin Scronce, Kaydence Glasson, Kassidy Glasson; grandmother, Bessie Cook Mathis; brother, Rocky Allen Mathis, Jr., (Laura); sister, Lisa Mathis Ellis.
