Thomas Phillip Smith, age 64, of Sherrills Ford, died on Thursday, February 6, 2020.
A memorial service will be held at 7:30p.m. on Thursday, February 13, 2020, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 6:00 until 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
Tom was born February 6, 1956, in Bay Shore, New York to Barbara O’Brien Smith and the late Phillip Smith.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara F. Smith of the home; and a son, Tyler Smith of the home; his mother, Barbara Smith pf Jenson Beach, FL; a brother, John Smith of Bay Port, NY; and two sisters, Nancy Smith of Savannah, GA, and Betsy Smith Flinn of East Hampton, NY.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 222 S. Church Street, Suite 336M, Charlotte, NC 28202.
