Bobby Wayne Blanton, Jr., age 54 of 1183 Janice Road in Lincolnton died on Sunday, March 15, 2020.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 19, 2020, at Forest Lawn Cemetery with Rev. Nathan Grooms and Rev. Daniel Martin officiating. At all other times the family will be at the home of Mr. Blanton, 1183 Janice Road, Lincolnton, NC.
Bobby was born December 7, 1965 in Gaston County to Ann Bell Blanton and the late Bobby Wayne Blanton, Sr. He worked for Timken and was also a former volunteer of the Boger City Fire Department.
He is survived by one daughter, Cody B. Mull and husband Eli of Vale; his mother, Ann B. Blanton of Lincolnton; one sister, Charity Blanton of Lincolnton; one grandson, Lucas Wayne Mull.
