Frances Hallman Elmore

Mrs. Frances Hallman Elmore, age 77, of Hoover Elmore Road in Vale, died on Friday, March 27, 2020.
A private family graveside service will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2020. Mrs. Elmore will lie in state from 1:00 until 4:00 p.m. on Monday, March 30, 2020, at Warlick Funeral Home, however, the family will not be present.
Mrs. Elmore was born March 17, 1943, in Lincoln County, to the late Clyde Webb and Eva Neal Hallman. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, James F. Elmore; one brother, Bud Hallman and one sister, Mary Shull. She was retired from textiles.
Survivors include two sons, Tracy Elmore and wife Sherry of Vale and Mark Elmore of Vale; one brother, Clyde “Jr.” Hallman, Jr. of Lincolnton; six sisters, Gearldean Bumgarner and husband Paul of Hardin, Becky Kowaleski and husband Keith of Lincolnton, Wanda Reep of Crouse, Betty Baker and husband Al of Crouse and Charlotte Hallman and husband Keith of Crouse; five grandchildren, Zeb Elmore and wife Kindell of Vale, Zac Elmore and wife Ashley of Vale, Zeke Elmore of Vale, Chloe Elmore of Vale and Keely Elmore of Vale; three great grandchildren, Zamuel, Zane and Zander.
Memorials may be made to Leonards Fork Baptist Church, 1462 Leonards Fork Church Road, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
