Sandra Joanne Thompson Miller, age 72, of Bailey Springs Drive in Lincolnton passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2020.
Sandra was born May 4, 1948, in Cleveland County, to the late Sam and Bertie Elizabeth Barber Thompson. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by four brothers, Bill, Dickie, Donnie, and Sammy, and a sister, Diane. She worked in textiles.
She is survived by a son, John Richard Carswell, and wife Michelle, of Cherryville; two daughters, Lisa Wallace, and husband Brian, of Lincolnton, and Tina Townsend, and husband Bryon, of Newton; two brothers, Norris Thompson of Kings Mountain, and Arnold Thompson of Oklahoma; two sisters, Sharon Boheler of Kings Mountain, and Becky Dellinger of Newton; eight grandchildren, Johnny, Justin, Jonathan, Amanda, Chandra, Suzie, Hunter, and Tanner; and two great-grandchildren, Liam and Colton.
The family will greet friends at the home of her daughter, Lisa Wallace, at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 31, 2020.
