Mr. Rogliano was born November 20, 1945, in Fayette County, West Virginia, to the late Anthony and Josephine Mary Paterno Rogliano. He served in the United States Navy, then taught high school.
He is survived by his wife, Paula McGinnis Rogliano of the home.
