Billy Eugene Moore
( December 23, 1948 - January 13, 2021 )
Billy Eugene Moore, age 72, of Kidville Road in Denver, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Wednesday, January 13, 2021.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 17, 2021, in the Beth Haven Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. David Mims officiating. The body will lie in state from 1:00 until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday at Warlick Funeral Home for those wishing to sign the guest register. The family will not be present during this time.
Mr. Moore was born December 23, 1948, in Iredell County, to the late Alvin Eugene Moore and Frances Allene Little Moore Cloninger. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brother, Dwight Cloninger. He was a faithful member of Beth Haven Baptist Church for 48 years with a passion for the bus ministry and soul winning. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Mr. Moore retired from Trane Heating and Air.
He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Hull Moore of the home; daughter, Kelly Lamp, and husband Brady, of Iron Station; and daughter, Randi Moore of Mount Holly; son, Michael Eugene Moore, and wife Niccole, of Lincolnton; brother, Dale Cloninger, and wife Barbara; grandchildren, Cali and Kyndell Landreth, Amy and Chloey Lamp, and Gaige and Axl Moore; numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Beth Haven Baptist Church, PO Box 156, Denver, NC 28037.
