Helen Greene Beatty

Helen Greene Beatty, age 86 of the Startown Road, Lincolnton passed away on Friday, January 22, 2021.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, January 29, 2021 in Hollybrook Cemetery in Lincolnton with Rev. Todd Zielinski officiating.
Mrs. Beatty was born on February 12, 1934 in Greenville, SC to the late Carl and Geraldine Nalley Greene. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Holly Louis Beatty, two sisters, Martha Gordon and Doris Eudy and her brother, Morris Greene. Mrs. Beatty was extremely devoted to her family and was a very active person, willing to help anyone, and she always came bearing fruit.
She is survived by her daughter, Mary Ann Richardson and husband, Jeffery of Lincolnton; three sons, Scott Louis Beatty and wife, Maura of Charlotte, Charles Allen Beatty and wife, Angela of Lincolnton and Mitchell Beatty and wife, Donna of Concord; eight grandchildren, Wes Richardson, Chase Richardson, Joseph Beatty, Matthew Beatty, Lucas Beatty, Cason Beatty, Grace Beatty and Michaela Beatty; nine great-grandchildren; her sister, Melva Thompson of Charlotte.
