Frances Helms Love

Frances Helms Love, age 83, of Lincoln County, died on Monday, January 25, 2021.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 30, 2021, in Forest Lawn Cemetery with Rev. Bill Bigham officiating. The body will lie in state from 1:00 until 4:00 p.m. on Friday at Warlick Funeral Home for those wishing to sign the guest register. The family will not be present during this time.
Mrs. Love was born December 15, 1937, in Union County, to the late David Alexander Helms and Sarah McRorie Helms. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Byran Edward Love; brothers, Clyde Helms and Joe Helms; sisters, Alice Newell and Margaret Scoggins; and grandsons, Derek Forsythe and Michael Hill.
She is survived by sons, Ronald Love (Kimberly) of Charlotte, and Dennis Love of Stanley; daughters, Angela Johnson (Derek) of Kings Mountain and Joy Saine (Scott) of Vale; grandchildren, Bobbie (Timmy) Mauldin, John Freeman (Amanda), Trinity Efird (Billy), Will Saine (Lindsey), and Melissa Saine; eleven great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; brothers, Hoyle Helms, Bruce Helms, and Buddy Helms, and sisters, Hazel Cogar, Ruth Clontz, Louise Baucom, and Juanita Haneline.
Memorials may be made to Gaston Hospice, 258 E. Garrison Blvd., Gastonia, NC 28054.
