Weston Lee Pressley

Weston Lee Pressley, age 81, of 241 Maxwell Farm Lane in Iron Station, died on Friday, February 26, 2021.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 6, 2021, at New Hope Baptist Church with Rev. Bob Lynn officiating. The family will receive friends following the service. Inurnment will follow in the New Grace Baptist Church cemetery.
Mr. Pressley was born March 10, 1939, in Gaston County, to the late James and Catherine Helms Pressley. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a son, Kerry Lee Pressley. He retired from the United States Navy after twenty-six years and was involved in the Vietnam War.
He is survived by his wife, Peggy Heffner Pressley of the home; son, Shawn Pressley of Iron Station, sister, Levado Pressley Porter of Claremont; and four grandchildren, Joshua Shane Pressley, Olivia Marie Pressley, Jacob Shawn Pressley, and William Shawn Pressley.
Memorials may be made to New Hope Baptist Church, 532 N. little Egypt Road, Denver, NC 28037.
